Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days upon payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information.
Please note that processing times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

Domestic Shipping (Sweden)

Orders within Sweden are shipped via PostNord or equivalent domestic carriers.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Tracking details will be provided once your order is in transit.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide via DHL or FedEx, depending on your location and the nature of your order.
Estimated delivery time:

Europe: 5–10 business days

Outside Europe: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures and local postal services.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
If free or discounted shipping promotions are available, they will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking

All customers will receive tracking details via email once their order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
If you have not received tracking information after this period, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and contents. We will assist you in filing a claim or finding an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
