Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item(s), in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distansavtalslagen) and EU consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:
Perishable goods (e.g., teas, herbs, or other consumables)
Custom or made-to-order items
Digital downloads or gift cards
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund or store credit may be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at davidlouveau18@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
